According to a European survey, half of all increased productivity in the very near future will be the result of automation. This will be the case in a large number of industrial products, services and consumer goods.

The concerted effort that goes into research and development will create more reliable, user-friendlier and "more intelligent" products. Problem-free interaction between machines and between man and machine will become crucial. The demand for wireless signal transmission is one of the system components which have a part to play in this.

'PACK Feindrähte' are able to meet this demand with a variety of different products in the RUPALIT® series. Customers can choose between coordinated coating materials such as natural silk, polyamide yarn, polyester foil, polyimide foil, ETFE, FEP, polyurethane and PVC.

PACK HF litz wires are used at frequencies of 10 KHz up to the MHz range in order to reduce skin and proximity effects.

As 'PACK Feindrähte' manufacture the input stock for the litz wires and magnet wires (RUPOL, RUPEX or RUTHERM enamelled copper wire) in-house and also process the external insulating material themselves, they are able to react flexibly and with extremely short delivery times to any requirements for small quantities.
